The Challenge
Palmer Pads had outgrown their old site. They needed a modern storefront that could present a deep product catalog spanning custom elevator pads, proprietary mounting hardware like StudStrip and Adapt-A-Clamps, floor mats, and accessories, while handling quote requests and same-day rush orders for customers across North America.
The Approach
Designed the entire site from scratch and built it end-to-end. Structured the product catalog around their three main lines: protective pads with custom colors and embroidered logos, their proprietary hanging and mounting solutions, and accessories. Built a streamlined quoting flow and made sure the site communicated their key differentiators like fire-retardant ASTM E84 Class A materials and domestic manufacturing in Boston.
